Shipping Policy: All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers are encouraged to use this tracking number to monitor their shipment's progress. Please note that WAM is not responsible for any issues that occur with the shipping carrier, including lost packages or delays caused by weather conditions.

Cancellation and Return Policy: WAM accepts cancellation requests within 6 hours of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product, as confirmed by the delivery date on the tracking information. Please contact our support team to facilitate a return or cancellation.
